We are compiling a list of questions until Sunday, 1 March 2026. We welcome your suggestions and comments at the following address:

- Families: How do you plan to ensure that the CHM remains an affordable and family-friendly place in the future?
- Rules and regulations: What controls and measures do you plan to implement to ensure compliance with applicable rules and laws (e.g. fire protection and environmental protection) and the provisions of the lease agreement (e.g. reforestation obligation)?
- Public transport: What specific plans do you have to make it easier to get to the CHM without a private car, and not just during the high season?
- Citizen participation: Will CHM users have a neutral contact person within the municipal administration?
- Car park: In 2025, Socnat redeveloped the car park located at the main entrance, apparently without a building permit. What is your position on this matter? Will you ensure that the CHM management company complies with legal regulations in future?
- Noise pollution: What do you think about the noisy events organised at the Stéphane Duolé stadium and the Médoc Plage 4 campsite? Do you have any plans in this regard?
- Extending the season: what measures do you plan to make Montalivet and the CHM attractive to visitors even outside the high season?
- Power supply: many of the electrical connections in the bungalows were installed a long time ago by the site operator and no longer meet modern requirements. Will you ensure that owners registered with the CHM can apply directly to EDF for a new connection on their normal terms, without the involvement of the site administration?
- Digital connectivity: nowadays, fast internet access is essential. Will you create the necessary conditions for the CHM bungalows to be connected to the fibre optic network?
- Access to healthcare: what measures do you intend to take to ensure prompt medical and emergency care, including for visitors?
- Environmental protection: How do you see the role of our community within the surrounding natural areas? What specific ecological measures are you planning for our community and the CHM?
- Building regulations in the PLU (local urban planning) : Will you vote in favour of increasing the maximum floor area for HLL (bungalows etc) to 40 m² and what is your position on enforcing compliance with the regulations for existing buildings and facilities?
- Citizen participation: Will CHM users have a neutral contact person within the municipal administration? Are regular exchanges planned?
- Beach maintenance: how does the council plan to improve the maintenance of beaches and dunes in the future?
- New residents: What does your list think about the growing number of (foreign) citizens owning second homes?
- Tourists: What does your list say about the increase in the number of tourists?
- Tohapi : To what extent is your list aware of the economic interests of the Tohapi group, and do you see this as a priority area for your business?
